HOW TO BRING AN OFFLINE HP ENVY100 PRINTER ONLINE
If your printer displays a “Printer Offline” error message, ensure the stability of network connection. If you are using USB connection, remove and reconnect it.
If you are using a wireless network, ensure that you don’t connect your computer or printer to a guest network such as school’s network or hospital’s network.
Restart your printer and router. Move the printer closer to the router. Make sure that there is no disturbance in the connection. Try printing a sample document.
If the issue persists, plug out the power cord from the printer to reset the printer device. Connect it back after a while and switch on your printer.
If you are using a Mac, open the System Preferences window. Tap on Print and Scan option. Print and Scan window will open.
Remove the multiple printer devices from the printers list by tapping on Minus icon. Leave the one ideal printer and remove the rest.
If the issue continues, delete the entire queue and re-add your printer. Under the Use menu, select the name of your printer.

Open the Devices and Printers window. Ensure that your printer is selected as the default printer. Right-click on the printer icon and tap on See What’s Printing option.
Click on Printer menu and deselect Pause Printing and Use Printer Offline option. Under the Printer Properties menu, click on Ports and select your printer.
Ensure that the name or description of the tab includes keywords like USB, WSD, DOT4, Network or Standard TCP/IP Port.
