HOW DO I CLEAR MY HP PRINTER QUEUE
Ensure that there is no paper jam or carriage jam error message displaying on the printer’s control panel. Check the level of ink and replace the exhausted ink cartridge.
Reset the printing system. Disconnect the power cord and reconnect it after a while. Switch on the printer and see if you can print.
If you are using a USB cable to connect the printer and the computer, disconnect it. Reconnect it after a while. Ensure that the connection is secure.
If you are using a Windows computer, open HP Print and Scan Doctor to fix the issue. Open the Printer Queue Settings window.
Ensure that you have deselected Pause Printing and Use Printer Offline options. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the printer driver on your computer.
If you are using a Mac, open System Preferences window and click on Print and Scan option. The Print and Scan window will display.
Remove the multiple printers from the printer list by clicking on the Minus icon. Delete the existing printer queue and re-add your printer by tapping Add icon.
Click on the Use menu and select the name of your printer. Choose the AirPrint if you wish to print using AirPrint. Your printer will be added to the printer queue.
If the issue persists, uninstall the printer driver from your computer. Download and re-install it. For more detailed troubleshooting techniques, call the toll-free number.
