FIX PAPER JAM ERROR – HP ENVY100
If your printer is displaying the Paper Jam error message, switch off the printer and restart it after a while. Try printing a sample document.
If the issue persists, switch off the printer and disconnect all the wires from it. Open the access door and remove the jammed paper from the printer.
Press the two tabs on the paper path cover and open it. Remove the paper stuck on the paper path and duplexer paper path.
Close the paper path cover and the access door. Connect the power cord to the printer. Print a sample page to check if the printer works.
If the problem continues, open the access door. Wait for the carriage to move to the center. Plug out the power cord from the printer.
Check if there is any paper blocking the carriage. If you find any, remove it. Move the carriage to ensure that it can move freely.
Press the two tabs on the paper path cover and open it. Dampen a clean cloth and use it to clean the paper pick rollers. Allow the rollers to dry and close the access door.
Reset the product if the issue continues. Plug out the power cord from the printer while the printer is running. Wait for a while and plug it back.
